An industry that many home based entrepreneurs turn to is Network Marketing and for good reason. This is a profession that has enabled more people to become independently wealthy working from home than probably any other. But, don't let anybody EVER tell you that it won't require effort. I'm sure if you've spent any bit of time online researching Network Marketing as an opportunity, you've come across plenty of claims of easy riches. Don't believe a one of them.

Tip 1 - Create a Lead Capture Page
This is the first and most important step because is the way that you will begin to generate leads that will eventually become team members. You must make sure to have a captivating headline on top, a video or picture of yourself on the left side and on the right side an opt in box asking for name and email.
Tip 2 - Build a Relationship With Your List
As you begin to generate leads you will be able to build a list of people who are interested and you and what you have to offer. The key is to be friendly and provide lots of value to your list. They will begin to appreciate you and eventually buy from you as well. This is something that most new online network marketers don't do so you are ahead of the game.
Tip 3 - Be Consistent In Your Promotion
Many people tend to utilize too many promoting methods and then never master one. So what you must do is concentrate on a promotional strategy that you like and be consistent with it. Don't let yourself wonder off and lose focus.
The reason network marketing strategies are important is because in order to actually succeed online you must know what you are doing before actually going out there and promoting. 1. Social Networking. Sites like Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit, Pinterest, and many many more, surely can help you connecting with real people that maybe are interesting in joining this industry.
2. Landing Page. You need a landing page with an email optin to capture more leads to your autoresponder. For example, FusionHQ is a web platform where you can create your landing pages, split testing to produce even more leads, and setup autoresponders to each one of them.
3. Autoresponder. An autoresponder is a web program to send emails to your leads, scheduled to any time you wish and completely automately. My favorite is aweber.
4. Your own personal blog. Of course there are many free blog platforms out there including blogspot or wordpress but the best way is to get your own domain and install wordpress in there. Search engine like for example, the biggest one of them, Google loves to index and give huge importance to blogs. So make sure you do some "keyword research" and do your homework on subget "SEO" and "search engine optimisation" so you can generate some organic traffic. People comming to your blog wants to read and know more about you so if you write good articles and post good videos about this industry then surely they will be very interested in joining your network.
5. Forums. Online web forums are a great place to meet people in the same niche as you.
6. Online Advertising. Do you have the lucky to have some money to invest? Then online advertising networks are an awesome way to get good targeted traffic for your landing page. Check out Google Adwords and Microsoft Adcenter, they are the best.
7. A good network marketing tool that I can add to this list is Skype. Whats the best way to connect with people? Its live, at real time. Of course sending emails is important too but if you want to be a good mentor and leader you must to connect with your network very closely and give them many attention. The best way I found to do this is via Skype. You can even do group chats and invite different people to each one of them.
